Flat located on the north coast of the Island of Elba; spacious terrace with a view of the gulf of Portoferraio. It is 500 metres from the sea and a few minutes’ drive from the centre of the village. The Francesca flat is 8.5 km from the main town of the Island of Elba, Portoferraio, and 500 metres from the picturesque Magazzini inlet, with a short stretch of promenade and a secluded little beach used by boats mooring at the small jetty. The other beaches on the north and south coast can be reached in a few minutes by car, as the property is in a fairly central position to reach most of them.

The flat’s strong point is undoubtedly its large terrace, which offers a spectacular view of the entire gulf of Portoferraio. The three-room flat (sleeps 4) has a living room with kitchenette and sofa, a double bedroom, a small bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a terrace with sea view, and a small shady patio at the back of the house, for pleasant dining.
